Sophrology
Why consult a sophrologist?
Sophrology can be used on an ad hoc basis to prepare for an event or as regular support to ease certain difficulties.
It is particularly effective for:
-
Reduce stress, anxiety and mental load
-
Improve sleep quality
-
Managing emotions (hypersensitivity, anger, sadness, etc.)
-
Build self-confidence and self-esteem
-
mentally prepare for an event (exam, childbirth, competition, operation)
-
Better coping with a difficult situation 8 burnout, separation, professional change)
-
Supporting the illness: I specialize in supporting people with cancer, in addition to medical monitoring
-
Relieve chronic pain, which I also specialize in (migraines, musculoskeletal pain, fibromyalgia, etc.)
Sophrology does not replace medical treatment but acts as a complement to help you better cope with what you are going through.
Specializations
Each session begins with a discussion to assess your needs. We then move on to breathing exercises, muscle relaxation, and guided visualization, either seated or standing. At the end, we have a chance to share your thoughts.
The exercises are simple, adapted to your physical abilities, and easily reproducible at home.

For which audience?
Sophrology is suitable for everyone, from childhood (from 6-7 years old depending on the problem) to adulthood and old age.
It is particularly suitable for people seeking well-being, refocusing or wishing to develop their personal abilities.
My approach
My sophrology practice is humanistic and personalized. I take the time to adapt each session to your needs, your current capabilities, and your pace. The goal isn't performance, but progress toward lasting well-being.
Specifically trained to support people with cancer and chronic pain, I offer a caring, secure and respectful environment where everyone can progress at their own pace, with gentleness and listening.
